Terms of Service

Please read and fully understand the entire content of this agreement, especially the clauses on disclaimer or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution. By checking "I have read and agree to the User Agreement" or by actually using our services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this agreement.

I. Scope of the Agreement

1.1 This agreement is a legal contract between you and the Kangjian Telemedicine Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") regarding the use of various services provided by the Platform.

1.2 The content of this agreement includes the main body of the agreement as well as all rules, statements, and notices that have been or may be published by the Platform in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text.

II. Service Content

2.1 The Platform provides the following services through internet technology:

Online medical consultations (text, voice, video)
Electronic prescription services
Interpretation of examination reports
Health management services
Medication delivery services
Other related healthcare services

Important Notice: The remote medical services provided by the Platform cannot fully replace offline medical institution services. In particular, for emergencies or critical conditions, you should still visit a physical medical institution promptly.

III. User Registration and Usage

3.1 Eligibility for Registration

By registering as a user of the Platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of your legal guardian
The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
You are not using the service for illegal purposes

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure, and you are liable for all activities conducted through your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, you should notify the Platform immediately.

3.3 Usage Guidelines

You agree to the following when using the Platform's services:

Do not publish false or misleading medical information
Do not impersonate others or medical institutions
Do not engage in any actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Platform
Do not use the Platform for any illegal activities

IV. Service Fees

4.1 Some services provided by the Platform are paid services. Specific charges are subject to the fees listed on the service page.

4.2 You understand and agree that if the service is terminated due to your personal reasons after payment, the paid fees will not be refunded.

4.3 The Platform reserves the right to adjust service prices based on business needs. Adjusted prices will take effect after being announced.

V. Privacy Protection

5.1 The Platform will protect your personal information and health data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.2 You understand and agree that certain health information may be disclosed to attending physicians when necessary to provide medical services.

VI. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Without written permission from the Platform, you may not use, copy, modify, or distribute Platform content in any form.

VII. Disclaimer

7.1 The medical advice provided by the Platform is for reference only and cannot replace diagnosis or treatment from professional medical institutions.

7.2 The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by the following:

Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
Necessary system maintenance
Improper user operations
Other circumstances not caused by the Platform

VIII. Changes and Termination of Agreement

8.1 The Platform has the right to amend this agreement according to business development needs. The revised agreement will take effect after being announced.

8.2 You have the right to terminate the use of Platform services at any time, but paid fees will not be refunded.

8.3 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate this agreement.

IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

9.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court having jurisdiction in the location of the Platform.

X. Miscellaneous

10.1 If any clause in this agreement is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of other clauses.

10.2 The Platform reserves the final interpretation right of this agreement.
